Overview
At Blessings Always Guruji, we want every devotee to be completely happy with their purchase. Since our Guruji Moorti Swaroop is a sacred item, we handle every order and return with care and respect.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the idol is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Damaged During Transit
Since we ship fragile idols, we take extra precautions with packaging. However, if your Guruji moorti arrives damaged during transit, please share clear photos of the damaged product and packaging with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you. No need to ship the damaged item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (via Razorpay). Please note that your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to reflect the amount in your account.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
- The item was damaged after delivery due to mishandling by the customer
- The return request was made after 7 days from the delivery date
- The item is returned without original packaging
